Kim Scott (Block Party Radio)

Kim Scott is a contemporary jazz flutist celebrated for her exceptional tone, captivating melodies, and flawless technique. An artist with six albums to her name on the Innervision Records label, she has made a significant impact on audiences worldwide.

Her impressive discography includes her 2011 debut, "Crossing Over," the 2022 Billboard charting album, "SHINE," and her 2025 Mediabase charting album, "Livin' It Up." She was recently named BEATS Magazine's "Smooth Jazz Artist of the Year" and is a fresh, dynamic presence in the contemporary jazz scene.

Beyond her solo work, Kim is a sought-after collaborator who has performed and recorded with artists such as Jonathan Fritzen, James Lloyd, and Jazmin Ghent. She is also a member of the all-female jazz supergroup Jazz in Pink, which features musicians like keyboardist Gail Jhonson and violinist Karen Briggs.

In addition to her performances at venues and festivals like Blues Alley, the Algarve Smooth Jazz Festival, and the Seabreeze Jazz Festival, Kim Scott is also the host of her own nationally syndicated radio program, "Kim Scott's Block Party Radio."
